The movie also has regular Golmaal faces like Johnny Lever, Sanjay Mishra, Mukesh Tiwari, Murli Sharma, Ashwini Kalsekar and Vrajesh Hirjee serving up an endless buffet of comedy and quirks. New characters Khushi (Parineeti Chopra) and Anna (Tabu) bring new twists and turns to their madcap adventures. They're orphans who've grown up loving and hating each other.

The story deals with the regular Golmaal characters Gopal (Ajay Devgn), Madhav (Arshad Warsi), Lucky (Tusshar Kapoor) and the Laxmans (Shreyas Talpade and Kunal Khemmu). Some of the setpieces are extremely funny while others okay. The horror-comedy approach is fun and fresh. While Golmaal Again, the fourth film in the franchise is not it’s best, its definitely a worthy member of the comedy series. Ten years into the franchise, the lure of boys having fun with quirky dialogue and slapstick comedy refuses to die down. They're pranksters, mischief mongers and the epitome of the madness that boys are capable of pulling off in their teens. The Golmaal franchise was always about boys being boys.
